Spent Christmas in the mountains and it was breathtaking! Loved the spacious rooms and the cozy hot springs. We discovered, within walking distance, a beautiful viewpoint and a ropeway station. the perfect spots to capture the sunrise and sunset. Plus, the hotel is just a short drive from a farm where the kids loved feeding the animals.
The language barrier. the staff had a hard time understanding our English, which made it difficult to communicate especially when asking for directions.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The view from the hotel was stunning, and it was located within walking distance of some great viewpoints and the ropeway station. the hot springs were fantastic and a great way to relax after a day of exploring.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue. Some of the staff members struggled with English, making it difficult to communicate effectively about important things like check-in times and directions.
